JewelLogic 利用規約
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Sunfish Soft（以下「当方」）が提供する Android 向けゲームアプリ「JewelLogic」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 利用の許諾
当方は、利用者に対し、本規約に従って、個人的かつ非商業的な目的で本アプリを利用する、譲渡できない非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリに関する著作権その他の権利は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
2. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、リバースエンジニアリング、改変
- 本アプリまたはその一部（本アプリに含まれるソフトウェアや素材を含みます）の複製、再配布、販売、貸与
- 本アプリに含まれるソフトウェアを抜き出し、他の製品やサービスに組み込むこと
- 不正な手段によるアイテムや記録の取得、リーダーボードの不正操作
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
3. アプリ内購入と広告
アプリ内購入は Google Play の課金システムを通じて行われ、Google Play の規約が適用されます。返金は Google Play の返金ポリシーに従います。本アプリは広告を表示します。広告の内容や広告先のサービスについて、当方は責任を負いません。
4. ゲームデータ
ゲームの進行状況は利用者の端末に保存されます。端末の故障、アプリのアンインストール、データの消去などにより失われたゲームデータやアイテムについて、当方は復元や補償を行うことができません。
5. 免責
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本アプリに不具合がないこと、特定の目的に適合すること、継続して提供されることを保証しません。当方は、法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリの利用または利用できないことによって生じた損害について責任を負いません。
6. Unreal Engine について
本アプリは、Epic Games, Inc.（以下「Epic」）の Unreal® Engine を使用しています。利用者は、本アプリに組み込まれた形でのみ、本アプリを利用するために必要な範囲で Unreal Engine を利用できます。Unreal Engine を本アプリから切り離して利用したり、他の製品やサービスに組み込んだりすることはできません。
Epic は、本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれる Unreal Engine に関して、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる表明、保証、条件も行わず、利用者に対していかなる責任も負いません。本アプリに関するお問い合わせや責任は、すべて当方が対応します。

9. 本規約の変更
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約はこのページに掲載した時点で効力を生じ、その後に本アプリを利用した場合は、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
10. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、利用者の居住地の消費者保護法などで、利用者に認められている権利を制限するものではありません。

JewelLogic Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Android game "JewelLogic" (the "App") provided by Sunfish Soft ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All copyrights and other rights in the App belong to us or their respective owners.
2. Restrictions
- Do not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or modify the App.
- Do not copy, redistribute, sell, or rent the App or any part of it, including software and assets contained in it.
- Do not extract software contained in the App or incorporate it into any other product or service.
- Do not obtain items or records by illegitimate means or manipulate leaderboards.
- Do not use the App in violation of any law.
3. In-app purchases and ads
In-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. The App shows ads; we are not responsible for the content of ads or the services they link to.
4. Game data
Your game progress is stored on your device. We cannot restore or compensate for game data or items lost due to device failure, uninstalling the App, clearing data, or similar causes.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the App is free of defects, fit for a particular purpose, or will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
6. Unreal Engine
The App uses the Unreal® Engine of Epic Games, Inc. ("Epic"). You may use the Unreal Engine only as incorporated in the App and only as necessary to use the App. You may not use the Unreal Engine separately from the App or incorporate it into any other product or service.
Epic makes no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the App or the Unreal Engine included in it, and has no liability to you. All inquiries and responsibility regarding the App are handled by us.
