JewelLogic プライバシーポリシー
Sunfish Soft（以下「当方」）は、Android 向けゲームアプリ「JewelLogic」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 当方が収集する情報
当方は、本アプリを通じて、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報を収集していません。また、当方が運営するサーバーへ利用者の情報を送信することもありません。
ゲームの進行状況（解いた盤面や仮置きを含みます）、アイテムの所持数、設定（音量・言語など）は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。端末で Android のバックアップ（Google のバックアップ）が有効な場合、これらのデータは利用者の Google アカウントにバックアップされることがあります。このバックアップは Google が管理し、当方がその内容を受け取ることはありません。
2. 第三者のサービスによる情報の収集
本アプリは、以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。これらのサービスは、それぞれの提供者のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて情報を収集・利用します。
Google AdMob（広告配信）
本アプリは広告を表示するために Google AdMob を利用しています。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、次のような情報を収集することがあります。
- 広告 ID などの端末識別子
- IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報
- 端末の種類、OS のバージョンなどの端末情報
- 広告の表示・操作に関する情報
- クラッシュや動作に関する診断情報

Google Play ゲームサービス
実績やリーダーボードの機能のために、Google Play ゲームサービスを利用しています。サインインした場合、Google Play Games のプロフィール（プレイヤー名・アイコン）やスコア、実績の達成状況が Google によって扱われます。
Google Play の課金システム
アプリ内での購入（広告削除、アイテムセット）は、Google Play の課金システムを通じて行われます。支払い情報は Google が処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。本アプリは、購入が完了したかどうかの確認結果のみを受け取ります。

- 広告の表示と効果測定
- 実績・リーダーボード機能の提供
- アプリ内購入の処理と購入済みの内容の復元
- 不具合の把握と品質の改善、不正行為の防止
4. 広告のパーソナライズの無効化
Android 端末の「設定」→「Google」→「すべてのサービス」→「広告」から、広告 ID の削除やリセットができます。これにより、パーソナライズされた広告の表示を制限できます。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としていません。当方は、13歳未満の子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
6. 情報の保存と削除
端末内に保存されたゲームデータは、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。Google アカウントへのバックアップは、端末または Google アカウントのバックアップ設定から管理・削除できます。Google Play ゲームサービスに関するデータは、Google アカウントの設定から管理・削除できます。第三者サービスが収集した情報の削除については、各提供者の案内に従ってください。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページで告知します。

JewelLogic Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Sunfish Soft ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Android game "JewelLogic" (the "App").
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number through the App, and the App does not send your information to any server operated by us.
Your game progress (including boards in progress and pencil marks), item counts, and settings (such as volume and language) are stored on your device. If Android backup (Google backup) is enabled on your device, this data may be backed up to your Google Account. That backup is managed by Google, and we do not receive its contents.
2. Information collected by third-party services
The App uses the following third-party services, which collect and use information under their own privacy policies.
Google AdMob (advertising)
The App uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect the following information to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud:
- Device identifiers such as the advertising ID
- Approximate location inferred from your IP address
- Device information such as device model and OS version
- Information about ad views and interactions
- Crash and diagnostic information

Google Play Games Services
The App uses Google Play Games Services for achievements and leaderboards. If you sign in, your Play Games profile (player name and avatar), scores, and achievement progress are handled by Google.
Google Play Billing
In-app purchases (Remove Ads and Item Packs) are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment information is handled by Google; we never receive your credit card number or other payment details. The App only receives confirmation of whether a purchase was completed.
3. How information is used
- To show ads and measure their performance
- To provide achievements and leaderboards
- To process in-app purchases and restore purchased content
- To detect problems, improve quality, and prevent fraud
4. Opting out of personalized ads
You can delete or reset your advertising ID in your Android device's Settings → Google → All services → Ads. This limits personalized advertising.
5. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Data retention and deletion
Game data stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. Backups in your Google Account can be managed and deleted from your device's or Google Account's backup settings. Data related to Google Play Games Services can be managed and deleted in your Google Account settings. To request deletion of information collected by third-party services, please follow the instructions of each provider.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
